Hawthorne Holiday Stroll Branding

The first annual Hawthorne Holiday Stroll is a community event designed to bring a festive holiday shopping impression to the southeast Portland neighborhood on Hawthorne Boulevard. Free live music, carolers, hot chocolate & cider and extended shopping hours are part of the overall event experience. The neighborhood business association recruited Aquea Design’s branding and marketing expertise in creating a logotype, posters, flyers, print and web banners to promote the event. Inspired by the bold and graphic work of C. Harper’s birds, we created our own Hawthorne version of a hip partridge chillin’ on a pear tree.
